Combing gentle movement with guided meditation Soil to Stars Meditation is a space to carve out a moment of well being for your Self and cultivate awareness practices for deep inner connection. 

Sarah is a trained Meditation Teacher with the Australian Centre of Mindfulness and Meditation (ACMM) and has taught yoga at the Miyoga Centre following a one year residency at the Nyingma Institute (Berkely and Amsterdam). 

$5/session for full term

$10/session for casual drop in

Makers Circle

Thursday 6.30pm (during school terms)

Come and enjoy the creative power of group energy with the Soil to Stars Makers Circle, an evening to bring along your own art or craft project or be guided in the basics of a new creative adventure.

Sarah brings her background as a trained visual artist to this circle, having worked in the arts industry for 20 years and project managed statewide creative recovery projects for Regional Arts Victoria she is excited to stoke the flames of creativity in her community.

All ages welcome
